Simplicity

 Went to my lovely aunts house the other day and got to spend some long overdue quality time with her. She is actually thinking about blogging so when she gets going (I will make sure she does) , I will let you guys know! I took some shots of some things in her house that inspired me or that I find beautiful (or want!). I like most of them better in black&white, I think it gives them character and they look better. I guess you have to look underneath all of the extra stuff to see the beauty that's already there.

Vacation Outfit

Hey Guys! Sorry it has been so long since my last post, I have been really busy! So my family has booked a vacation to the Mayan Riviera in July and I am so excited. I have been starting to get some things in order to see what I need for the vacation. Here is an outfit I put together for a day on the beach! I really love the straw hat, i actually got it for $4 at Urban Behaviour which is a steal of a deal! The Navy Blue Maxi Dress is from there too, a great buy as well. The canvas tie-dyed bag is from Old Navy and it is perfect to throw a bunch of magazines and sunblock in. I will be posting a lot more vacation and summer outfits so keep an eye out!

 Hey guys, just checking in. Life is getting so crazy right now, but school is almost done, can't wait! This weekend was filled with wonderful things, from lounging around in an apartment in the City to eating crepes while shopping! Here are a bunch of photos I snapped during these moments ( I take my camera everywhere), and an outfit post. I also watched Wicked this weekend, it was amazing! I can't even begin to tell you about it because I could go on forever.

Update

 Random shots i took one night, the items have all been lounging around my room. I am too lazy to actually put everything away right now. I bought the Le Scala notebook at the Scala theatre in Milan last summer, but i still dont know what to use it for. I feel like whatever it is, it has to be important otherwise it is wasting a beautiful thing. I will let you know if I ever do decide...

Making Old Things New Again

 I have not been shopping in months, so the need is long overdue! In the meantime, i am trying to make my clothes feel new again by combining them in different ways. I am a big fan of folding my dresses so i an wear them as tops ( see this post below), but today i tried adding a shirt on top of a dress. I got tons of compliments and people said that they would never have thought of doing that. Well, now you know too!

Weekly Update

I have been wanting to read this book forever, honestly. I just never got around to purchasing it and when i went to the library, it would always be taken out. Yesterday my grandma bought it for me, it was so sweet. I also have been brainstorming ideas for my Alice in Wonderland photoshoot that i am doing for my final photography project. I have decided that i will be working with both digital and film(thats the film camera above). Film is more difficult to work with but it is something different. I am so excited! I will post the here when they are done!
